Load-rated hardware, third-party tested.
Every carabiner we ship for climb, harness, or gear-load applications is tested to UIAA 121 and its European equivalent EN 12275:2013. Batches are pulled at random and destructively tested at SATRA (UK) or DGUV Test IFA (DE) - not the factory's in-house lab.
Ratings are laser-etched on the spine in kN: major axis · minor axis · gate open. Non-load-rated hardware (accessory clips, luggage carabiners) is clearly marked "NOT FOR CLIMBING" and shipped from a separate SKU line.

From heat number to loading dock, on record for ten years.
Batch-level provenance
Every SKU ships with a batch code linking to its factory, run date, alloy heat number, and finishing lot. Scannable on the pack label; searchable in our customer portal for 10 years.
Mill Test Certificates
6061-T6 aluminium, 7075-T6, stainless 316L and titanium Gr.5 ship with EN 10204 3.1 MTCs. Alloy composition, mechanical properties, and heat number on file with your shipment.
Incoming & outgoing QC
AQL 1.0 sampling on incoming stock. 100% dimensional check on load-rated hardware. Anodizing thickness, salt-spray, and Pantone deltaE verified per lot before dispatch.
Documentation with every shipment
Packing list, Certificate of Conformance, MTC (where applicable), UIAA/EN test declaration for load-rated items, and REACH/RoHS statement. PDFs delivered before container leaves port.
