What are your minimum order quantities?+
Deliberately low for the industry - 200 units for cycling collars and spacers, 100 pairs for handlebar tape, 500 for over-grips and grommet sets, 300 for anodized carabiners. Custom colourways carry the same MOQ; there's no separate custom surcharge minimum.
How long does sampling take and what does it cost?+
10-14 days from confirmed spec. Sampling ranges from £50 for an over-grip to £210 for a fully-certified custom carabiner. Sampling fees are credited against production orders of 500+ units.
How do you protect our custom designs and tooling?+
Every partner factory signs a per-project NDA with liquidated-damages clauses before we release your files. Tooling for custom SKUs is held exclusively for your account and cannot be run for other brands. Tooling paid for by you is legally yours.
What are your payment terms and currencies?+
GBP invoicing by default; EUR and USD on request. New accounts: 50% deposit on confirmation, 50% on shipment. Established accounts (3+ orders in 12 months) move to net-30. SEPA, SWIFT, and card payments accepted.
Do you ship duty-paid across the EU and UK?+
Yes. Line-sheet prices are EXW our EU warehouse; DDP (duty-paid, delivered) is quoted on request and typically adds 4-9% depending on destination. Consolidated shipping across multiple SKUs on a single PO.
